HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE A DESIGN?
We will do our absolute best to send you some concept artwork within a couple of days of your enquiry however due to demand it may sometimes be longer. You should have your artwork within 5 business days but if you feel you are waiting too long, feel free to send a friendly follow up email.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIME?
Typically 4-6 weeks after final approval of artwork, depending on the volume of work in our system. If your order is required for an event in under 4-6 weeks arrangements can be made.
CAN I HAVE CUSTOM NAMES AND NUMBERS ON MY ORDER?
Certainly! Numbers are already accounted for in the overall cost and custom names are $5.00AUD per garment.
FEES?
- $5.00AUD handling fee per size. For example, if your order contains only Small, Medium & Large sizes, the fee is $15.00.
- Flat $30.00AUD artwork fee on orders under 25 units – this allows our creative team to keep working on your design until you’re 100% happy.
