What types of custom apparel do you offer?
We specialize in a wide range of custom apparel including polos, t-shirts, singlets, jackets, hoodies, shorts, pants, jerseys, socks, caps, bags, leggings, and vests. Whether you need teamwear, workwear, or schoolwear, we have you covered with high-quality, customizable options.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Our standard turnaround time is 4-5 weeks from the date of order confirmation and payment. However, we also offer an express turnaround option of 3 weeks for urgent orders.
Our turnaround options are as follows:
• Standard Turnaround: 4–5 weeks
• Express Turnaround: 3–4 weeks (+$69 one-time fee for the whole order)
• Emergency Turnaround: 2–3 weeks (seasonal – additional rush fee applies)

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or the customization was incorrect based on the agreed design proof. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
